Ordering:

After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email notification, which you can use as your receipt. This notification is your confirmation that your order has gone through and will be processed. The email will contain all the information on your shopping cart, as well as an order number for reference. You can of course email us at pascale@phoenixdelite.com to enquire about your order.

Payment & Online Security:

We are fully committed to providing full security through our online service. We accept most major credit cards and for offline purchases will accept Personal Cheques and Bank Transfers. As exchange rates around the world vary, all payments to Phoenix Delite must be in Euros. We can assure you that your information is kept safe & secure, from your online shopping basket to the goods arriving at your home. A secure encryption protects all your details during the shopping process. When placing an order by Credit Card, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company.

Please note that we never disclose customer information to any third party, other than the information necessary to ensure delivery of your order. 

Product Description:

 Phoenix Delite takes great care with the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions & images are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Phoenix Delite cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Delivery:

Delivery prices within Ireland are based as follows:

Orders up to €25.00 - €5.00 delivery charge

Orders between €26.00 & €100.00 - €10.00 delivery charge

Orders over €100.00 have free delivery within Ireland

Standard deliveries will be despatched on the date of the order via registered post.

Phoenix Delite uses a postal delivery service which cannot guarantee a time or day of delivery. In case you are unable to take delivery of the goods, a card will be left and you will have to collect the item at your local postal collection depot. 

VAT:

As we trade in the Republic Of Ireland, all prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 23% (obviously this can change due to the budget)
